The system also allows tremendous flexibility on
the tracking of data. Even unique
insurance requirements such as pollution, nuclear energy exposures,
international risks, etc. can be easily tracked for our clients.
Through the internet, CVS is available 24/7 to allow our
clients instant access to data on an individual vendor or tenant.

How it Works
Almost all compliance issues are tied to a
condition set forth in a document, lease, sub-contract agreement, purchase order or loan document. These documents outline the terms and
conditions of the parties involved. Once the “basis” for compliance is
established, CSC inputs the data into its database while highlighting the
tracking perimeters involved in the contract.
CSC will notify each holder
we are requested to track. When CSC receives the required document, our
analysts scan the information into our database. A quality control review
is then performed for each document. Any deficiencies in the document is captured in the database and a letter highlighting the corrections that
are required is automatically produced and faxed to the contract holder.
Two additional "request for compliance" letters are sent before
CSC will notify our client of the contract holder's non-compliance.
When a certificate passes quality control, the
data is passed for entry into our database. Physical documentation is
stored for retention and access to the records are accessible for
viewing via the Internet.

Internet Access
CSC customers are provided with pass codes to
allow for immediate confidential access to their records via the Internet twenty-four
(24) hours a day, seven (7) days a week. Access to the records allows our
clients the ability to verify key information on the status of any given
account.
